Visa Application: Approved

I got the message from CHC today morning that:

"Your application to study or work in Canada has been approved".

There is UCI No, Application No., Document No. stated in the attached PDF named AUTO E-mail.pdf

Is my Visa approved ??? The next step would be to collect the passport from VFS (Didn't opt for courier service ) ...Please confirm ! though I have not got any message on phone from VFS to collect the Passport yet

Hey Mayank, I have a question to make.
When they asked you to send your original passport, did you send it through courier or did you personally hand in your passport to the visa office (and is the latter option possible?)

Oh, so that means that I can also personally go to my visa office in the Philippines to hand in my passport although I live all the way in South Korea?

I was thinking that if I used the courier service it would take a way longer time..

Also, I heard that all they do is to paste a TRV sticker on your passport?
So is it possible for me to wait at the embassy for like a few hours or one day?
Or do they require more than a day to paste the sticker?

Have Patience, You will get it sooner

I applied on 26th at VFS Mumbai > 27th Docs reached CHC Delhi and 2nd July - Approval mail recieved

i applied under SPP...what about you?

University Category... It will take 1 or 2 days more as you are the SPP applicant so they scrutinize carefully. The reason being, most of the student apply under SPP only

It will take few days to process the application and get your passport stamped with the sticker.. Though I am not aware about the Processing time in Philippines or South korea...You need to check in CIC website and act accordingly

Yes u can submit your passport to VFS office or submit directly in High Commission office as per your convenience from where you want to apply

What does this mean??
