They said in email that they had tried calling but no success.
Then I checked missed calls - and there was only one missed call.
But the number was hidden, so I couldn't call them back

I wonder how long it will take them to issue a PR card and send it to me

Which office did they instruct you to send your photos and CoPR to? Have you applied for your SIN with CoPR?

I live in Hamilton. So I was instructed to send it to Hamilton. But the initial passport request was for Ottawa

And I have just noticed the contradictions in the expiry dates of PR

The letter of CoPR states You can use this letter for one year and it must be accompanied by a travel document or a federal/provincial/territorial identity document. The permanent resident card is required after this one-year period
Meanwhile the expiry date of the same document which I see on my account in GCKey says 12-December-2020

What can it mean?

IRCC call center agent said system had a note, and COC-O puted my family in queue for virtual landing....

Actually there was no word about virtual landing in email or CoPR. Just the instruction to send the photos again.

I don't understand why the expiry dates of the same document (CoPR) differs - in the letter itself and in GCKey

Thank you for your reply. I'm really lost
about the current situation. Some people on the bbs have been waiting for virtual landing for 5 months, while others have received them even before they passport returned. I really don't know what the criteria are.

Timeline: approx 1,5 month between the passport request and confirmation of PR

And my application is almost 19 months now I have done everything including medical outland application I'm not in Canada....my medical will be 1yr nest month 19 November....
Please some one should explain to me better.... I'm tired
