Hi all,

For those of you who have sent your passports or your spouses passports to Vienna, did you sign and date the back of both photos you sent or just one?

Thanks @erik76

I hope your application moves quickly in Vienna. I am somewhat relieved that mine is staying with CPC-M, but it could still be transferred out, or take longer so I'll only really be happy once this is all done.

I know some VOs don't send AOR2 messages. Has your ECAS changed to show In Process, and when you click on the link has the line: we started processing your application on... shown up? That can also be considered AOR2.

Note, those links to screenshots were posted by @haXudon in this (very helpful) thread: https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-i...-class-sponsorship-each-stage-example.522293/

ECAS has been "in process" ever since Jan 9, 2018. But that was when my application was still in Mississauga.
I already did medical / and PCC / and scheduled A.
Medical was passed 2 days after having done
After that the email came that my application was forwarded to Vienna.
Thanks @erik76

ECAS has been the same since Feb 9, 2018. The forward letter to Vienna came after that.

This is what I see in ECAS:
  1. We received your application for permanent residence on November 14, 2017.
  2. We started processing your application on January 9, 2018.
  3. We sent you correspondence on January 29, 2018. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.
  4. Medical results have been received.
I know the application is in Vienna, because of an reply I got when I sent them an email about my application.
Main question was if they received it, and they said that they did (on Feb 6). I was in the queue for processing ( I received the email on March 13)

So I'm still waiting for AOR2 (I guess), GCKey also still has the same info since Feb 9.

Hey Greenania, congratulations! Its good to see my fellow May applicant get PPR, I wish you all the best with your new lives in Canada. Did the RCMP check have any hits or was it clean? I read that it can take many months if you have anything on it.
Hey, The RCMP check came back clean, which pretty much means they didn't find a match in their system. It only take 2-5 days really. The problem is doing the check from outside Canada. Normally you just have to go to the local office and get your fingerprints electronically scanned and you get the result mailed to you within a week. But when you do it from out of Canada you have to do it through a third party organization. You have to get your fingerprints stamped at a local police station and then mail it to the organization and they have to make it into electronic fingerprints and send it to the RCMP for you. So it ended up taking 28 days to get it uploaded.

Hows the process going for you? has BCG started yet?

Thats good news. What third party organization did you use for the fingerprints? The process is not going too well for me, have not heard from them since mid December since they passed my medical, no BGC started yet but it seems Vienna doesnt always update the status until right before DM. I have had an exclusion order in the past so im thinking that might be something that could drag out the PR process for me.
