Awesome! I’m expecting for them to request another police certificate from a country my spouse studied in. They sent instructions to only send pcc from the country where he currently lives and has spent most of his adult life and that they’ll request other pcc forms if necessary at a later time. Only 6 months in and I feel like it’s already been forever.
Yeah, well I think with the appendix A from you filled if they have any further inquiries for that information of his travels they will contact you, otherwise don't worry about it. As for updating your documents that could be the case if they expire, I think once they start processing the BGC they could possibly ask for a updated version.
I know it does take a fairly long time, I'm at the same stage as you time-wise, 2 more weeks and it will be 6 months exactly since we sent in our application. hopefully we see some more movement and get this over with, stay positive!

That makes me feel a bit better although I still believe it’s way too early. We’re only on month 6 and my spouse is from Bosnia, I hear that all applicants from Bosnia take much longer than anyone else to get PPR lol. Where is your wife from?

My husban is from bosina and took us 6 months.

Congratulations to the people that received DM and PPR! The end of this month it will be 10 months since they received my application, still total silence.

does anyone know what this means? my wife logged in her ECAS she was put in a screen that asked her for a change of address that requested to a new address in Canada. she is currently is still in Europe, thus this makes no sense?

Thanks for your info.
I guess I still have to wait for AOR2. Is there a timeframe for that, because the transfer letter mailed by CIC was on Feb 6, 2017.

Yesterday I mailed VO Vienna to ask if our application was send to them for furher processing.
Today I got a reply saying that it was in Vienna since Feb 6.
Happy to know that, because we still haven't received AOR2. But at least it confirms it.

Our application is now in queue for further processing. The long wait begins, with a big bag of patience.

Good luck to everybody

This is just a glitch because when you google ecas the first link available is one for change of address. Happenning to many people, just log out and log back in :) there’s no need to actually update the address

Our application was received at the Vienna visa office on November 17th and it says that they stated processing it on December 12th. Does anyone know how long it takes for background check to begin??
