I really do not understand why they need so much time? .. I know people who have submitted documents in Mississauga in October 2015, and received a visa in Vienna in January 2016. This has now turned into a nightmare..

Maybe we should all write a letter to immigration. I don't understand the delay. They asked me for additional documents in July and I submitted everything by August 2016 and yet I heard nothing from them. Though the file was transferred to Vienna in Feb 17 2016. I assume they may get back to me by then? My MP also contacted them and they said its still under the normal processing time.

i send it with express mail, they recived it jan 24, but i didend put any return label in it, so i think they gonna send it tru regular mail but i dont no how long that wil take.
i live in the netherlands

Bosnia's processing time went from 9 months to 15 months. I don't know what to think anymore.

when we got he SA letter it sed i whould be processed at ottawa but i got PPR request from vienna... :

a little weird if i u ask me, iam stil wating om my passpoort to get send back, they recived it jan 24,
