They always ask for new police certificate before issuing the CORP.

Did they mention if your application is in process or it's in processing queue?
Did they give you a deadline to send back the docs?

Hi does anyone know why on vienna website says that they are no longer opet to submission of any documents, applications or inquiries, im not sure what to think about that. My wife is from Serbia and they emailed her asking to resubmit her police certificate. She got a new one a mailed it to Vienna office and now about 2 weeks later she got another email saying that she needs to send that document. And this is her final reminder. What the heck is going on?? Where exacly do we mail that document and what are we doing wrong? This is so frustrating.. I know we have 60 days to send that in. We already did it but they didnt get it. Or could it be thats someting is wrong with the certificate and they keep asking for another one. I know my wife has no criminal history..

We had the same thing happen to us. My husband is from Bosnia and we too sent the police certificate 3 times only to realize they want a court clearance certificate (uvjeranje) do this asap and you should be okay if this is the same problem we had!

Thats why im going to send both certificates and translate them to eng, so that they can choose what they need

You have the instruction on their website for every country. Instructions for Bosnia goes like this:
For the certificate issued by the police:

If you live in the territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, you should apply at the Cantonal Police Office of the Ministry of the Interior (MUP) responsible for your city.

If you reside in the Republika Srpska, you should apply at the district police departments of the Ministry of the Interior (SUP) responsible for your city. Applying at the office responsible for your place of birth is recommended to hasten processing times. If you were born in the Republika Srpska but currently live in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, you may be requested to apply at the police department responsible for the city of your place of birth.
For the certificate issued by the court:

You should apply at the municipal court (Opstinski Sud) responsible for the city in which you currently reside. Certain municipal courts may accept an authorized representative to ask on your behalf.

When we received notice that they were missing that document we understood/misread that they wanted the court certificate as it wasn't very clear both being called Uvjerenje. we sent it once thinking maybe they lost it because we had gotten an Opositile stamp ect. so we sent the police certificate again. then about a week later i sent them an email and asked f they received it and they said no. so we sent it again, and still they did not receive it; (which they did but not the right document because we were sending the police certificate) so once we figured it out that we had made a mistake and we realized it is the court certificate they want we had to go to the opstina i na sudu. the opstinski sud for us was in Bihac. once we had finished everything and sent it that evening my husband got a call from someone in Vienna at the PR Office and they explained that we had not sent the right documents ect. so we told them we understood and sent the right ones now. and after a week that they received those documents my husband got his visa

We sent in our application on August 7th, we received AOR September 12th, and the file was transferred to Vienna on October 9th. My husband Passport was requested January 29th and he got his passport back on February 25th so all together it 5 months and 22 days so i guess 6 months

january 22nd app received - may 24th passport req - june 2nd passport received back

Got doc req from Vienna visa office on May 31 req us to pay the Right of Permanent Residence Fee and to send them 2 passport sized photos.
