HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERY ONE. Congratulations to all who received their COPR 2011 to 2014.

I still think we should start a new thread and called Vienna 2, as page one ( of 547) was started June 17th., 2011. I am sure all those people are long gone. Maybe start it from 2013 to present, with a link to Vienna old (here)

Vienna 2 Could start off with introductions from everyone; so we can follow your questions and comments and continue to help newcomers .

Who's agreeable?

A second Vienna thread already exists. I don't have time to look for it now, so I hope another member on here can link it (if it still exists of course, haven't seen it on the main screen in a while.)

Verna:
The last person who passed their interview was asked to redo the medical and police certificate, probably what they'll ask of me as well if I pass on the 22nd of January. I'll let you know how it went. Still waiting for a response from the last member that passed just to get a bit more detail about the behavior of the officers (are they nice, are they straightforward, do they twist stuff around, etc.)
My medical expired about a month ago.

Hello everyone and happy new year to all,

Our application has arrived to the final stage and my wife got her visa last week from VO. All the process doesn't take long time for us :) 5 to 6 months only, we were surprised too but i have prepared a well organized and documented application to make examiner job easier.

This is our timeline :

Med's done = 09-06-2014
Application to Miss. = 02-07-2014
AoR = 08-08-2014
CIC approves = 05-09-2014
CSQ issued = 24-09-2014
Passport Req = 15-12-2014
Visa issued = 22-12-2014

Good luck for all of you.

Thank you! They didn't request any additional docs or interview, so I am kind of sure it's a positive decision...Now I am waiting for the mail man :D

Yeah, it's longer than some other people, but still quicker than I expected! I do need to mention my file was transferred from Vienna to Ottawa for finalization, so that prolonged things for a week or two...
