Hii I have not and its 8am here now but 2pm in Vienna .. I am not sure if I should send them an e-mail.. im scared i filled something out wrong and requested the paper file or something hahaha.. hopefully not.. but i think i'll give it another day before i start going after them. I'll let you know if/when i get them

Vienna does not send them to you. it comes from Ottawa they pull it out of the Immigration global network... It should say AOR that it was electronic file.

O i didn't know it was coming from ottawa. Thats good then. Where should it say what? I did it SO quickly that after i freaked out beause the receipt is just a little thing with a confirmation #.. i thought it would have a summary before it was submitted but there was no such thing. Anyways i don't think i was stupid enough to request the wrong thing lol. Well since its in ottawa we still have all day before our 30 days ends

This chapter and journey has finally come to a close. Tonight we landed and my wife became a PR in frankfurt they upgraded us to business class which was a nice suprise. Its still hasnt sunk in that we are finally together after this long of a wait. At customs we were asked if she had a b4a form if she would be sending anything after the fact and we said no. He was suprised that she fit everything in 2 suitcases hahahaha. Asked if she had any valuables and other then jewlery and if she had any high priced items. At immigration it was quick the officer went over a couple of things and after signing her copr that was it. We waited longer for our luggage then going thru customs and immigration. Its been really hard on my wife since we left but it will take time...
I wish everyone still waiting a quick process...the feeling is amazing!!!

did you receive an e-mail from Atip saying they rec'd your request? if so on that email it should inidcate what you requested.. you also contact them @ 613-946-0953

Butw ait.. did you request on your spouses behalf or are you the one being sponsored.. i had to get a signed consent because i am the sponsoring spouse.. so mayeb that is why it is different?.. unless you also had to do this?

I also notie yours says permanent resident file.. when i filed for my notes it was under the "sponsorship" category.. not PR..i beleive.. did you use this link:

I sent my request my mail. I also requesting on my Husbands behalf i to got an consent. and i just got mine, but i dont really understand it.. it tells me everything from his medical and criminal checks and nothing else

I am scared i clicked on paper file or somethign wrong and now they will dig my file back or backlog me even more.

Sorry to tell you but sponsorship is the wrong category if your interested in notes for the process in Vienna. Under sponsorship you will only get notes regarding your approval as a sponsor (which is processed on Missisauga). When requesting the GCMS notes for your partner regarding the PR process you have to choose "immigration file: permanent resident". I think that's what the category is called. In addition you need a form signed by your partner allowing CIC to release his/her information to you.

How does the file look like? Sounds likeits useless? Lol
u should vontact your MP i would def by 13 mo.
