You are wrong when I started my applications the processing time was 6-8 months , after that it went up to 10 ,and after a year 12 months , cuz I remembered I had to wait 1 year even .
No they wont refuse your applications without interview and without excuse , they have to be satisfied with your applications .

In july of 2013 they bumped it up to 11 months, in april it was 9 or 10 months and when i applied in march it was 8.

What ever it was back in 2013 ... it was already way too long! I am sure processing times will decrease with the next update.

it doesnt matter what the processing times were when you applied. wheather it goes up or down it effects everyone the same way.

The update is supposed to be done quarterly. The last update happened at March 10. Therefor I would expect the next update around June 10.

Oh yea! ) I hope we are at the end but I just received the caips notes and under the assessments it says: eligibility not started. What does that mean though?? Does anyone know? For medical and criminal it says passed. I am just wondering what is the eligibility thing? How long will that take? Thank you for your help!!!

Sounds like you passed the medical and criminal check but an officer has not yet looked at your application for the final assessment whether or not you are admissible to Canada.

Well, I am the sponsor and this is the 15th month that we are waiting that's why it confuses me. Like I said my husband passed the medical and the criminal check...
