I mailed the req docs last Wednesday 12/3/14 but so far I have no word from the postal tracking whether my envelope have arrived in Vienna. Sometimes it makes me wonder that back on older days where there were no fast jets and electronic systems it used to take the same time to send an envelope through regular mail.......

I tried this as well. For 9 days it said: Item left Canada. Finally, after 10 days it said: Item arrived in a foreign country
