Soo, we got asked for a new police cert....for my husband, we just sent additional documents where they asked for schedule A and proof of o going communication, so now we need to send police cert , do we send it by DHL like we did additional docs, or is there a different way, im worried now after we send police cert, they will ask for medicals hehe

Haha I thought the same with me ;-) Two weeks ago they asked for additional documents (on the day my police cert. expired), in a month they probably ask for a new police cert. (the day my medical expires) and then they will ask for a medical I don't care anymore as long as they finally accept my proof for common-law. Checking my tracking number like a paranoid freak. Can't wait until it arrives in Vienna ;-)

There was no form, they instructed that when i go to take the e-mail attachment with me. I don't now if you can do it or not.

The e-mail says - Chest x-ray done now (im assuming after the letter sent)
Also they dont give you the 60 days to send in the docs, only 30 days!

I sent my wife additional documents thru canada post/fedex then she added the police certificate and sent it thru registered post in serbia. It got there in 5 days. Including the weekend from Nis to Vienna and it cost 8 euros.

New original police certificate from Germany.

We request new updated completed Schedule A

New medical examination

With my file nothing.silence.I think first 10monhs they dont even look at it.and then in the end they open file and start proceeding.
That is why they put 13months and +.
In my e-cas still say: we received yr file,but there is no we starting to processing yr file.
ok let them be,I enter in 6months of waiting.

I know how you feel. Nothing happened with my file for 10 long months until I got the doc request 2 weeks ago.

But in the last few weeks a lot of people received emails and that's a really good sign. I remember the Vienna post last year. For months and months and months NOTHING. Nobody received an email, nobody received a visa. Just silence.

Yes if you go on posta.rs you can track it. It cost 850 dinar. I also found the CVAC address in Belgrade when the ask for PPR. My wife will make the trip to Belgrade instead of sending the passport by dhl or other courier

Does it mean that at the VAC in BG you give ur passport and they send it to Vienna?

We visited that place in november, they didnt seem to know much about anything we asked but were nice

It shows them right on the website and they offer that service. Are you able to send passports? What language do they speak serbian or english?

My husband is from iran, but he is residence in germany and applied through vienna. Since german citizens do not need visa in their passport, I dont know what will be for our situation. They are going to request his passport or just email him.

Note: he doesnt have german permanent passport. he has the temporary 3 years ones.
