My consultant actually recently sent in my new passport which had me all excited because it took me foooour long stressful months to get my Dutch passport renewed due to the fact it hadnt been renewed since I turned 18. Anyways that was a big load off my back, now all I have to worry about is getting an email from Vienna. I know exactly how u feel Tom. The name Vienna makes me cringe, I see it everywhere ! You know how you never hear of a place and all of a sudden because now it's in your life, you see it everywhere? Vienna is stalking my life ! Lol !

So tomorrow it will be the 7th month since Vienna received my app, I am hoping for good news soon but who knows, can't hope for too much. My boyfriend always says there is no point in worrying, it is out of our control now and whatever happens, happens.

Yes, it is really true! Out of control... and if you guys would see that small little place, Canadian Embassy in the very middle of the center, no way to park your car, everything is fast and busy and chaotic... then you deal with the security guy, who requires you to get rid of everything you have, phones, laptop, iPad etc... and then the tiny box you sit in for the interview YUCK!!!!!! disgusting. Bad baaaaaaaaaaaaad experience of mine. I sure hope I wont be called in again....
Oh I never told you, Julius is going for the Hungarian citizenship, which will be a simple case for him as he has only Hungarian relatives.

Hi my sweet Europe. How are you. You know I am more relaxed now and I do keep my hopes up that soon enough the silence will break and someone from this thread will receive the good news..
Things are looking up on our side of the woods here. Aspa is walking like a duck my poor darling but she is so beautiful and graceful doing it hehehe
We have another 20 days to go so we are almost there! Will let you know as soon as we drive to the hospital!

Actually we can and I think we do talk about other things than Vienna and the waiting time, etc. This is about something more, we are in a special relationship, offering a lot Look at me, I just found out a week ago that even Netherland goes through Vienna plus I've studied the Dutch flag at the same time for a lifetime :-[


Angie, I am happy to see you here. Yes, the COPR oooohhhhh how faaaaaaaaaar it is, my Gosh... especially for me... but it's okay, I am not complaining... Tom, was this Landing document the same as the Record of Landing? I got my Mom's here, looks good, except that it's totally useless by now... unbelievable, that I always had the chance to go back soooooooooooooooo easily, and never even tried... If only I wasn't told that Julius was already taken... I was only 19, holding the money in my hand for the trip (and even a lot more) , ready to go, but then I gave it up... and spent the money to attend to the college. Life could be really interesting and cruel I guess.

It's cold here in Hungary, I need to turn the heat on brrrrrr.

Julius is a lucky man to have such a vibrant and alive person like you and also to have a chance to raise two angels. One Blond and one brunette !
Here in Greece summer still continues although at evenings after sundown it gets a little nippy! But average day temps are about 30 Celsius. But I kinda missed Ontario at this time of year. Maple trees in this mind blowing flame red color! Just Amazing!
There is a joke about the maple trees.

Question: Do you know why Maples trees have red leafs in September?
Answer: They are blushing from shame because they will be naked in November!

Tom you are right even now sometimes when i mention the name Vienna, or if my clients have connections through Vienna and i am saying to them in my stomach i am feeling sick lol , after the mebassy made me to wait long, and to go through hassle, i can not wait to see picture of beatiful little princess, how is the weather in Greecem here in windsor morning is Chilly , afternoon Hot and sunny , and evening you need for sure jacket ,

Aspa sure enough is beautiful and pretty, but what cdnmom said, well it was not true in my case. I was a HUGE HUGE HUUUGEEE whale, swollen body and puffy face, i was not being myself... And actually I was not comfortable at all after my 30th week with the twins. I was 62 kg when I got pregnant, finished it at 99kg because of the water stuck into my body and I am 65 now.
Ohhh and as they were pushing my stomach and my lungs up into my throat and being sooooo comfortable down there, I was snorring like a horse : : :-[ ;D and in the last two weeks I got up every each hour to go to the washroom, and spent my last month in the stupid hospital YUCK. :-X

But you are lucky Tom, Aspa is doing great and it will be the best experience for both of you, as it is almost for everybody else except for me i wish the very bests for your family!

I took lawyer in Toronto for my PR Family Sponsor Application (Spouse sponsored).
We applied in Feb 2013 still waiting the only thing that is confirmed so far:

1.We received your application for permanent residence on March, 2013.

2.Medical results have been received.

My wife is pregnant 8 weeks. we asked the lawyer to send and writing to the embassy about the situation, they said we can do that on the end of October/ beginning of November because the application is still in normal processing times.

Can you give me an advice whats the best thing to do?

I shouldn't be complaining really. You are still here too. And who knows how many more people.

Aspa and I are thanking you very much for your kind words and your blessings. It is getting a little bit uncomfortable for her lately, just to think about it that only 3 weeks ago she was walking almost 5 km every morning. She now does the duck walk!

I remember how you were last year Europe. When I started following up this thread last November! I now understand your agony!

Windsor being in the most southern part of Ontario has a reputation for better climate than Toronto and Montreal. A lovely small city with an unparalleled view of Detroit.
Here we are still having the last outbursts of summer (it was 34 today) but its cooling up day by day. To give you an example, until about a week ago we spend most of our evening hours in our balcony to be cool. Now we are indoors because of the coller evenings

Every woman is beautiful. I know. I lived all my life with women (mother,sister,wives (2), daughter 1 and one more coming, 2 sister inlaws and 2 mother inlaws hehehehehe)
You gained weight in your pregnancy but you had to carry two babies, something of a miracle. So don't be to hard on your self. You are a very beautiful young woman and don's worry for a few stupid extra kilos.

Hello peki and welcome to Vienna thread

Congratulations on your wife's pregnancy and I am wishing you an easy going throughout. We had many issues with my wife's pregnancy from day one unfortunately.

In order for us to assist you better you must tell us which VO are you dealing with.
Did you hire a lawyer because you felt that your case is weak? Otherwise on normal sponsorship applications lawyers are not necessary. They come in handy only if you have a very complicated case to support and sometimes because of a refusal and appeal.
There is no need to inform them about pregnancy. If you check CIC site you will also verify this. The VO must be informed in case of marriage, divorce and child being born.
From your time line I see that we are almost the same.
Let me know if you need any other info

Tom tell Aspa the bigst waiting time is over now is only 2 weeks, and i know all thwe womens who are pregnant theyy are beatiful in different way ,
windsor eight now is reallly dead place nothing is going own here , it is really hard to find jo, and aloso the economy is not same how it was like 6 years ago, i am glad that i am workign , and my husband start working sometimes.hope i will see you in Ontario soon ,

Wow a looooooooooooot of women in your life Tom You might know a lot about women, that's for sure
The biggest problem is that men usually forget about the fact that the courting period doen not end by marrying the woman.. we need to be told about their love and admiration etc. :'( It's never too late to learn, is it?

I always start mine and her day with a kiss and I love you and end it in the same way.
