Hello all, I'm new to the forum but have been reading all your comments for the last few months and just want to thank all of you that posted and helped me in my process. It can get confusing at times and this forum definately helped me. I got married last sept. in Serbia and i just managed to mail out our application on march 12th and it was received this morning (march 14). I guess now it's my turn to play the waiting game and help others as much as i can. Looking back at it the forms were nothing compared to all the hours retreiving conversations, printing, translating etc. I think i destroyed a tree in the process but what can you do I finished with 360 pages, 52 pictures in 4 big envelopes. Wishing all of you the best of luck and helping friends along the way

no news for us either, it's been 5 weeks since the Ottawa RMO received his medical results. How can every single step take so long. *sigh*

Hello guys!!! I need some help. I got a form for fingerprinting from Vienna, went to local police station and the guy messed up my document. I searched and called Royal Canadian Mounted Police and they told me that they accept forms from other county, as long as all information are provided from their website and that we can order the form online ( they will send my husband address and he'll send me). Does anybody has this kind of experience? Thank you very much to all of you!!!!

MCDutch and SanBen , i would recomend to contact MP , and they will Contact Vienna , i remebered when we had the interview we didnt hear anything from the embassy i contacted MP and they told me it is really long period not to hear anything from Vienna, good luck ,i know how are you guys feling i was in that situation

no sorry, but how do they determine who needs fingerprinting and who doesn't? we never had to do that...
