Victim of Marriage Fraud - Please Help

did she already "land" as a pr with the approval paper? or did you send the blank paper back before she had the chance to land?

if she landed, i'm pretty sure any visa she had before PR would be automatically cancelled. if she's currently traveling in canada on an expired visa, then she is going to run into problems at some point. once she leaves, she won't be allowed in if she hasn't officially landed and you returned her approval paper.

No, She is from India and she never have any visa for Canada. She just married to me to get visa of Canada. No She hasn't landed yet. She will try to travel in few days. But she will not have COPR as I had it and I returned it to CPC ottawa Immigration as they have requested to me by phone. I am just worried she is big time lyre and I am really stressed out.

Don't worry - if she does not have COPR, if CIC already knows she lied to get her PR, she will not be allowed to enter.

Maybe you can contact CIC to see if they already got the COPR you sent, and also inform them that she intends to come to Canada soon.

If she is trying to travel with just the IM-1 visa and no COPR document, it's going to be a long trip to nowhere for her. Besides that, CIC is already aware of the situation, so she will be bounced.

I have informed CIC already. But not sure that they will let her to come in without landing paper or not. Please help me. As I have already informed to CBSA as well and CIC. Not sure If I can do anything more to stop her.

If you have already informed both CIC and CBSA, I think you are ok. You have done what you are supposed to do. The rest is CIC and CBSA's job.

The problem for her is not only that she does not have a landing paper. CIC and CBSA probably entered in the system that she has been reported for immigration fraud. In the system there should be a red flag. Did CIC say that her visa will be revoked? In that case, the visa in her passport should no longer be valid.

If you have already informed both CIC and CBSA, I think you are ok. You have done what you are supposed to do. The rest is CIC and CBSA's job.

not sure about from which date, but now a days all the PR - COPR has a condition 51 which is COHABIT condition, if not the PR gets revoked. So by calling CIC and CBSA et all, you have ensured you have complied with the conditions to notify..... now it is their job....

I am waiting for response from Immigration. But I am going to email them. SO, I can confirm as well. I will pray that It has to be cancelled. I do not want to ruin my life......

But my fried I have added her in my CEC application after medical. So I am not sure if she has condtional immigrant visa or not. Do have any Idea about it.

I did. I was not aware that. If I was I would have never landed before dead line date. But I did already....

And She is not going to understand as I feel people whoes intention is only to get Immigration they can go to any level to get their status. her family harrased my family a lot in India and claiming that I fraud to them and harassed my family very badly... I do not understand what to do. I have not done anything even when we were getting married I told them that we are getting to married very early wait for some time. So we can understand but they were in rush for everything. I dont know..It affects my work and my life badly.. I am just praying for justice...

I have a question I married my husband in Nov 2012 and we met on facebook and he purposed me and everything started...now after coming to canada after one year he left me i didn't knew his intentions before coz he was always being very nice to me and suddenly in jan he decided to leave without even giving me any explanation i tried to call him my, parents tried calling him again he is not giving any positive response.....i dnt knw wats in his mind, my parents even visited his grandfather and his grandfather told my parents to take some money to end the topic here..I m so pissed off dont know wat to do.....and when i gave him his PR card he told me that he will not need me anymore in future for his paper work...i was so m,adly in love wit him that time that i didn't realize that why he was saying that to me.....pls help ...plss...
the are so ridiculous that his grandfather told my father that if he (my husband) going back to home me(His wife ) is goona kill him with poison...i was so shoked..

If your husband had condition 51 on his corp he has to live with you for two years when he lands in Canada otherwise you can report this to cic . If there was no condition on his Pr then their is nothing you can do about it. So sorry to hear about your situation. Its up to you how you want to proceed .
