Vfs tracking shows no record found

I am exactly in the same situation, was able to track my application for the first 5 days and now it says no record found. I have emailed VFS but did not get a clear response[/QUOT

I got a message on Friday about collection of my passport they replied by saying I should send my tracking ID which I did,waiting for reply from them if I don't get any I'm gonna visit them and ask about my status probably might be with them cuz I submitted my passport on the 1st of April.......which ever happens let's make sure we go to VFS office and lodge a complaint someone might get luck to get their there while someone may not. Thanks

I emailed VFS and got the response. They are saying that they are having some system issue due to which I am unable to track my application right now, They did not give any time frame in which it would be resolved.

Okay what stage is your application??
Try to let them know about your status, mail or call them better still go to VFS office or where you applied lodge a complain I'm very sure they will let you know what's going on....give me feedback when you're done with the option I gave you.

I emailed VFS and got the response. They are saying that they are having some system issue due to which I am unable to track my application right now, They did not give any time frame in which it would be resolved.

So it is not an issue about individual files but an issue with their system?

Hi Folks,

I am somewhat in a similar situation.I received my COPR on the 25th of June,submitted my passport along with the photographs and a copy of the COPR mail at VFS Global on the 27th of June following which I was given an acknowledgement receipt which contained my Application Reference Number and the Bluedart AWB number for tracking purposes. However,when I try to track the status of my application through VFS Global and on the Bluedart website,I get “no records found”. Has someone been in a similar situation or can help me understand what actually this status means and when can I expect my passport stamped and returned to me?

Hi..My brother's application (LMIA) is on process and now shows 'NO RECORDS FOUND' on vfs tracking. He is dine with biometrics..Do you have idea what it means? I guess you and my brother is on the same boat.

I think u r confusing PPR with COPR. Ppr is what u have got when cic contacted u regarding submission and Copr will be the letter they'll be issuing once you get ur visa stamped.
Anyways, did your tracking information get updated or does it still show no records found cos i am also facing the same problem, although i submitted my passport only yesterday

Yes,I think i mixed PPR with COPR,thank you for point that out
Unfortunately i am still facing the same issue,checked application status on the vfs global website and also the AWB number on Bluedart but it still says “no records found”. I contacted my case manager at the Consultancy I have hired and she told me to wait for some more time.
The employee who submitted my passport and other docs told me that I’ll receive my passport with 5-10 days from submission but till now i have no clue where the passport is.Do let me know if your status on the tracking website changes.

I submitted my passport along with the photographs and a copy of the PPR letter at VFS Global in Delhi.I am a little worried as the other threads i have scoured say that once you submit your passport abd other documents,it only takes a day or two for the Canadian High Commission to review and stamp it and the COPR along with the passport can be collect 2-3 days after that.However in my case it has already been 4 days and i have received no intimation about my passport so far.

Well, one of my friends submitted it in Delhi too, and he received the stamped passport after 10 days. So i'd say you not stress yourself too much and give it a couple days more.

Now that’s some relief
Do you mind telling me when his passport’s tracking results started showing any status after he submitted it? That way i would not when to expect the vfs tracking website to give me information about my passport.

Since I have been having the same problem so he told me the tracker usually gets activated after 2 days. Also, I may mention here that a thread on this forum had users replying about the vfs website being down hence the error message "No Records found" . However another thing i would like you to make sure is that the vfs website you are tracking your passport on is the one for india. Besides, can you please tell me if you received some messages or emails 4 precisely - back to back, the day
