Hi every one. I got this information from vfs site "visa application number xxxxxxxxxxxx your processed passport have been dispatched from the Canada visa office Dakar on the 15/04/19 to the Canada visa application center. To know more pls call VAC helpline" kind of worried since I don't know the meaning and the outcome of this information since I did not get an email from embassy in Dakar Senegal .Need help plssss

It means your passport is being sent from the visa office to the visa application centre.

No one here can tell you what that means other than that your passport is moving.
