I seriously feel bad for people applying from India, its absolutely ridiculous if they keep VFS closed for November. Hang in there guys better times to come
Sometimes it really frustrating wait. They can think about alternative and come up with an innovative plan so that the students get over this situation.

If medical center can work and submit our medical test, then why not VFS??
Can't they maintain social distance and take our biometric and photos? Is it that hard?

Yeah that's what makes us feel that they have been doing injustice to us by the name of Covid. Everything is open here in Bangladesh. Other visa offices are also operating. Even couple of days back, VFS Australia opened in Bangladesh as well and they are in the same building.

It's really frustrating. Btw. Thank you mate. You at least think about us.

They'll need to give some sort of decision before winter classes commence, so hang in there they'll reach out to you sooner or later

They are scared to open up bcz they don't think India/Bangladesh have proper and effective Covid treatment protocols and equipments in case their staff gets tested positive. They consider us a third-world country.

Stay positive bud, they will need to give a some sort of decision if not today maybe month from now. But since classes start in Jan they don't really have an option other than opening VFS and processing visas. Hang in there!

Such things will happen more frequently in the upcoming days. And there is none to blame for but your luck.

I too quit a decent paying job with hopes that things go in our favour, but now I'm regretting that decision. If things go other way round, finding back a job during the pandemic is going to be difficult.

The people work in VFS are local and not even their own people and it's not actually true that they cannot expect treatment. In Bangladesh, there is no rush in the hospitals for covid patients. Plenty of seats available in the hospital. They are miscalculating it.

It's really frustrating. Hope foreign ministry contracts them and request to open it. I heard some of our students are currently contacting with foreign ministry so that they approach IRCC

I understand you pain and frustration mate. There should be an end to this and expecting a happy ending. We have been patient. Hope, they at least become considerste towards us and don't push us to uncertainty and dillema anymore.

If they can at least give us a decision, even if it negative, we can actually move on and proceed with plan B. But if they delay and get refused, may be we won't have that option left even.

Many students in Bangladesh received AIP for January intake. I applied on August 19 and received my AIP on September 3.
@Khan MD Mahbubul Hassan Did all of these "many students" you talk about submit their applications before Sept 15th? or are there people who submitted after Sept 15th and still received an AIP?

Just curious to know since IRCC clearly said there will be no AIPs for applications submitted after Sept 15th.
