I am also in same situation raised web form on 26th Feb and no payment link so far. I emailed them today, received automated email response. I hope we will get it soon.
It is so frustrating.

For both webforms they send same link and invoice number

I have a question maybe its a silly one but im still gonna ask.while delivering the passport , do the blue dart(or whatever company it is) delivery agent will ask for money? I have seen this one time in my neighbor so thats why im concerned .
