• Submission of passport upon receipt of passport request letter from IRCC (via post/courier only). Submission of passport in person at the VAC is not permitted until further notice.

All clients who receive a passport request letter from IRCC may now kindly fill out the passport submission web form to contact VFS and confirm the 2-way courier service. Please include your unique passport request letter with your submission for verification. If you have not received a passport request letter, we request you to please be patient as volumes continue to be high.

i also filed my webform on 24 feb after that i got automated reply and on Friday i msg them on twitter and they replied that our team will catchup you in 24-48 hours but i didnt got any update till now.
