I have received the following mail just now. Unfortunately i didnt receive the doc they are talking about. Please suggest as to how should I reply them. Should I request them by replying the same mail to send the requested docs by email !


This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada.

On 15 October 2012 we sent you medical instructions and a request for documents with 60 days to comply. We have not received the requested results or documents to date.

This email serves as a reminder. You should forward the requested information to this office within 30 days.

Alternatively, if you are no longer interested in pursuing this application, please forward a signed request for withdrawal to this office and we will withdraw your application.

Hi Hasni,

You can send them a case specific enquiry stating that you have not received any documenents from Canadian High commission and advise them resend them. Also please check you spam mail section in the email. Sometimes, the emails would go to spam folder. Re-confirm the email address and mailing address. If you have mentioned the email address as corresponence, they will send the medical documents via email only.

Yes, just reply to the same e-mail and explain that you never received the correspondence they are referring to and ask them for a new copy so you can schedule your medical exam with a Panel Physician asap.

Dear awai ali, yes she has sent me an email from her own email id. But I have heard that not all the MRs are sent as email attachments and some are sent through snail mail as well. So I shall request her to resend me the MR as an attachment. If she does so would be perfect and I think I would be able to make it withinh 30 days hopefully, inshAllah. Please do share if someone has done it from Riyadh, how long is the process, do we get appointments easily !! But I am not sure what would be her response once I tell them that I have not received the papers. Has it ever happened to anyone, that docs got lost, requested and they resent it !!

Actually,,,, i m hopeful from her email.....cause they always sent simply refusal letter but in your case they ask you send a letter of withdraw so this is a sign of hope.....and now a days medicals are coming through email so do not worry.........and medical appointment is so easily in Pakistan i do not have idea about Riyadh but i hope there will also be the same procedure they give date of 5 to 10 days after your call they received ...and many many people have face the same situation as you are facing this is no new one ......and thank God they asked you for formal withdrawal other wise they refuse application ....so be positive and let me know have you pass email to her???

Your case is straightforward. They are just asking you to do Medicals. Go ahead and just write her an email and ask if she can send you medical request and forms again. I have read in one of Qorax's threads, you can go to DMP and they have forms available for medicals and you can show the DMP this email probably.

you are right but it would be some typical to Hasni........but i am sure she must send him another attachments of forms for medical ......so if Hasni did email expect her response within next 24 hours ...she is really positive and first time in the history she replied so fast....even last time i sent some documents to her via email with attachment and LVO never give acknowledgment for any kind of documents but she verified me for my documents through email

Awai and Rockin, thanks a lot for words of encouragement. Awai I have already sent her reply asking to send med forms through attachments. I am quite hopeful after hearing from you that she is a nice lady.
RockinCanada, can you please share the link at which these forms are available and would it be ok getting appointment for medicals on the basis of the mail that I have received. Secondly what about the some other info they have asked about other than medical. I think I need to know exactly what other info they are seeking. So waiting for her reply would be better. Do you people have any idea what additional info usually they ask at the time of sending MR.

I am sorry Rockin, I got you wrong initially, so these forms are available with DPM. You mean if they agree to do the meds , I should go for that at least to save some time. And about rest of the info that they want....can be provided later as I get some reply from them. Should I go ahead with this !!

I have just gone through the med form taken from one of my friends who has also got MR recently. In the immigrant details box there is a bar code kinda strip with IME number, probably can't be generated here and has to come from LVO. Am I right rockinCanada !!
