I have just received the following reply. Thanks to AllahSWT, they sound pretty considerate and gave me kind of another chance. Just want to know about the forms they have requested to update...

IMM8 - is it same as IMM0008 ( generic application form)
Schedule A - same as IMM5669 or IMM5669E
IMM5562E - same as IMM5562

Little surprised to see that they don't require a fresh PCC

We note that you did not receive the documents sent to you on 15 October 2012. We are aware that mail to KSA is often unreliable.

This email serves as a new request for the following which should be sent to this office within 30 days:

-updated IMM8, Schedule A, IMM5406 and IMM5562E forms for you and your spouse **the Schedule A forms must be accurately completed up to date and should not show any gaps in dates. Questions 8 and 12 must be completed from age 18. The forms can be downloaded from our website www.cic.gc.ca**

New medical instructions will be sent to you after we have received and reviewed the updated forms.

In the meantime, please clarify your current mailing address in KSA.

They will ask you PCC when you will receive the medical.......so complete the forms and send it and i hope within a month you will receive the medical ........Game Over......
