VERY URGENT: Delay in processing visitor visa

Vow, it could mean it was sent in error or genuinely the 3rd time? frankly ask the original DMP if they know anything or call the consulate

I am assuming that it was sent by mistake because the letter contains the same details as the previous one. I am going to ask the DMP now.
