very surprise from EXPRESS ENTRY ?

Dear friends.
i am very surprised from this EE. From come to canada tool's calculations i am eligible to apply for the express entry , but when i started filling the profile details and i submitted, it shows me in-eligible for express entry. My crs score is 438. i have 4 years of experience and 7.5 overall ielts score, 28 years of age and 11,000$ as finance.

why it shows me ineligible ?. does it mandatory to have mpnp nomination or job offer ?

For starters, you need 11,931 CAD for a single applicant.

DEAR SIR MY SCORE IS , LISTENING 8.5, SPEAKING 7.5 , WRITING 7.5, AND reading is 7.0
over all score is 7.5 in ielts general

in the EE profile builder , about finance there is a option that show 11,824-14000$ *(how much money you will bring to canada in dollar.).
so i selected it 11,824-14000.
but ? it shown me eligible.

I had the same problem with my first EE profile. When you create your profile, it will ask you to enter the amount of $CAD. This needs to be greater than the minimum required - $11,900 something. Just put $12,000 and it will be eligible.

Not very high with 438. But if you're prepared to wait, you might possibly get at some stage this year.
Better to research Provincial Nominee Programs

but still in my EE profile , status shown is this

Application/profile status- Pending
Province/Territory Nomination- No nomination at this time
Job Bank Registration- Pending.

when i am done with job bank registration, why still it shows pending ..
