Dear SecularFirst,
Thank you warm for your kind response and showing spark of light, Can you please suggest OR give some more insights on what is procedure for LMIA through credit union ?
If there is some hope, I would like to give it a shot before I pack my stuff and go back home.
Thank you for your time,
Naitik
You're not hearing me! Do you have a hearing problem? Or do you have amnesia? :
Your chances of getting an employer to agree to file an LMIA application for you in three months are damn near zero. It doesn't matter which part of the country you're looking. Unless you're Albert Einstein reincarnated, there is nothing unique about your skills to warrant an employer going out of the way to apply for an LMIA for you. In fact, in your case the truth is even simpler than that: you're a foreign national who needs employer sponsorship to even begin working in the first place. I hate to break the news to you but in 99.99% of cases like yours, as soon as they find out you need sponsorship your employment application goes straight in the trash and they move on the next applicant. Anybody who tells you different is just feeding you s.hitty pipe dreams.
You need to leave Canada by the date on your visitor record or six months after your admission, whichever happens sooner. If you remain beyond, you'll be without legal status and that's going to mess you up beyond your wildest imagination. Why? Because once you're out of status and you apply for any immigration benefit, the first thing CIC is going to want to know is your current status in Canada. With no legal status, they cannot approve any application from you. Instead, they'll send you a letter saying you're a person without legal status and need to leave Canada immediately. If you don't leave you'll be subject to enforcement action.
Huff and puff all you want but there it is. Plain and simple. Any other financial matters are strictly YOUR problem, not the Government of Canada's concern.
