Send this letter to the CIC with documents attached clarifying each point and mention the contact details of your employer, so that they can call and verify.
One doubt I have here is my employer is ready to give a revised offer letter dated in 2012 when I started with them. Saying I would get a variable pay.....but before it was $XX,XXX. Now my question is will the VO be OK with that change?
