I am really tensed here and dont know what to do. I spoke to my previous employer and he said he will give all the documents needed and also make the necessary corrections to the website.

What would happen if I withdraw my application now.....it is not mentioned anywhere that I cannot withdraw...because my spouse has recently got a new job and I can extend my visa based on her job....

Provide them with Recent NOA for your company, Business/registration documents, Updated reference letter, business card of employer, Etc. You can also attach a cover letter mentioning that Website wasn't updated.

One quick genuine question. Did you give any misrepresentation?
If yes, then your application in future also would be monitored closely and now you can't extend your visa based on your spouse job. If not, then don't withdraw your application and provide all the details what CIC requested.
Good luck

I have not misrepresented anything here. The company is not a fake as there are other who got there PR through the same company. I know that there is some confusion regarding the salay. Initially I was offered a salary per annum but later changed it to variable per hour.
Regarding the company website, I really dont know if it was updated. I have called my employer and told him everything. My employer said there was a call CIC regarding me and he answered that.

Good! Then don't worry too much about it and provide all the documents as suggested by various users in this thread. Since it is pretty serious, get legal advise if you can as well.

If you withdraw your application - then CIC will make a finding of misrepresentation, issue a 2 year ban for you, and you will have to leave Canada.

You will then have to wait outside of Canada for 2 years before you can return. This also means that your wife will have to hold off applying for PR for 2 years (until your ban is over).

You really need to not withdraw your application, respond to the letter and provide proof the company is real.

Yes my employer also said that he will sent the company registration documents if needed. Also, I am planning to send the updated reference letters, all the paystubs and both the NOAs

You should be able to convince CIC with the documents. My suggestion is to also add a cover letter, providing the website and a contact number for CIC to call.

I have checked my paystubs and NOAs. My reference letter states I worked for 40hrs/week, where as I worked for 38hrs/week on occasions. I must updated that in my reference letters. That was the problem with the difference is the amounts shown on paystubs/T4 and VOs calculation.

To prove that the company is not a fraudelent company I am requesting my employer to provide his registration certificates, etc

Hiopefully everything must go smoothly....Please pray for me...

Is this company owner is Asian?
Based on your stories so far, it seems like you more interested to widhraw your application than fixing it,which makes me think that there might be something fishy here. If that's the case, nobody should help you here and you should go back and stop dreaming about Canada . If you have everything legit then send CIC the prove and you will be fine . Your story seems like, a student went to city transit to get a discounted ticket, when they ask for a proof of student then he is saying I don't need the bus pass because he knew he wasn't a student. He was just trying to bluff to get a discount. FYI , this is a crime.
No I am not withdrawing my application here.I am trying to fix things here one by one. First I am concentrating on fixing my salary T4 and refeence letters are not matching. The problems are
1. My salary
2. My company website
3. Call to the employer.

To prove the company is real I will have to submit the company registration documents and other certificates. I am right??

My reference letters say that I worked for 40hrs/week but I actually for worked for 38hrs/week few months and 40/hrs few months. Moreover my offer letter says that I my salary was $XX,XXX/ annum. My updated reference letters said I have variable pay.
I am planning to send a new offer letter stating the variable pay I got paid.
Hope this will set things right....

Any suggestions for seniors..

I can now understand why the VO thinks you are misrepresenting yourself. There's practically a mismatch in nearly all aspects of your work experience. It would be wise for you to not withdraw your application and to address all of the VO's concerns as soon as you can and as best as you can.

Good luck!

Did you provide NOA, T4's & paystubs with your original application?? Try to get variable pay thing fixed, also try to get a explanation letter from employer that why your pay was shifted to pr/hour from fixed.

Yes. I submitted the NOA and T4 with the original application.
Regarding the variable pay, we initially decided on a annual salary but later shifted to variable pay depending on the client I worked for. I admit it was our mistake not to update the offer letter to comply with that change.

Why don't you get these facts in a letter and get it vouched by the employer? or talk to your employer and ask them to expect a call from the CIC.

Send this letter to the CIC with documents attached clarifying each point and mention the contact details of your employer, so that they can call and verify.
