I am sponsoring my husband and neither one of us has any kids or dependants, do we fill out form IMM 5481 or IMM 1283? Please help, the guide is confusing us.

If you are appying outland you will definitely be filling out 5481. I don't think you have to fill out 1283 - thats the financial evaluation? That is for other family members (like parents etc), not spouse. Spousal sponsorships don't require the financial assesment. You can be jobless and sponsor your spouse. You just can't be on government assistance (from what I have read on the forums.) Hope that helps!
