I got married 3 months ago and just sent out my outland application this month,

However, my husband verbally and psychologically abuse me everyday. He said I am still foreigner in Canada so he can kick me out any time he want! I am on my visitor visa now, and I don't care about getting my PR or not. My question is am I being protected by law ? can I sue him if he keeps insulting me verbally? what should I do now?

Get away from him ASAP and seek counseling. If the abuse continues, you should look at legal separation and even divorce.

but I don't have evidence, I try to recorded what he say to me , then he found out amd forced me to delete it. Everytime when he started yelling at me, he grab my phone with him so I have no way to record him .Also, he forced me to give away all my passwards, including my email, facebook and my phone, so I cannot call for help! what should I do now?

You may want to consider getting the law involved (police) as this sounds like abuse. If you can not call for help can you leave the house and call from a friends house? or go to the nearest store or mall and have an employee their call 911 ( the police) on your behalf and wait there for them, They will begin the process to help you.

If you are concerned for your safety and wellbeing you should contact the police in the first instance although I appreicate this can be difficult. Here is a list of other agencies that may be useful and could provide support. They can put you in touch with shelters where you could stay while you receive help on how to resolve your situation.

You don't need evidence. Just leave and get help. There should be some place for people in your situation to escape to. Like this in Toronto: https://www.ywcatoronto.org/page.asp?pid=144

From there you can talk to staff there on what to do next.

If your spouse is abusing you. Leave. Call 911, get help, go back to your home country, go wherever you need to go to feel safe. You said you don't care about getting PR. You must have family at home that can help you to get out and away from him.

What I don't understand is if he is this abusive and controlling and won't allow you to do anything and is taking all your passwords how are you here asking what to do next? Just curious.

Try to solve your differences. How did you happen to marry this person ? Obviously you loved this man to have said "I do"
If that does not work out, let your family and friends know whats happening to you and where you are and get help.
Take care !

Get help, go to the local police station, or social assistance who provides assistance to women, no one should have to tolerate abuse in any way from their husbands!!! >:(
