First, remember that vaping is legal, and you shouldn't have any problems with it. In addition, as it turned out, there are significantly fewer carcinogens and toxins in the blood of former smokers who smoked regular cigarettes for several years and then switched to electronic cigarettes than in the blood of smokers who never gave up regular cigarettes. I used to smoke a lot, so I decided to switch to vaping. Now I use igetoz.com to replenish supplies and easily pass a medical examination. As a rule, nothing is found in my blood.

If you're concerned about nicotine showing up in a medical test, it's important to understand how nicotine is metabolized in the body and how long it stays detectable. Nicotine is typically detectable in blood tests for 1-3 days after use. However, the metabolite cotinine, which is a byproduct of nicotine metabolism, can be detected for a longer period, up to 10 days in blood. Urine tests can detect cotinine for up to 3 weeks, depending on the frequency of use and individual metabolic differences. Saliva tests can detect nicotine for up to 4 days.

Given your situation, if the medical appointment involves tests specifically looking for nicotine or cotinine, there's a possibility that your vaping activity might be detected, especially if the test is within the detection window.

Here are a few suggestions:

  1. Honesty: If possible, be honest with your healthcare provider about your vaping. This information can help them interpret your test results more accurately and provide you with better care.
  2. Hydration: Drinking plenty of water might help to expedite the elimination of cotinine from your body, although it won't significantly shorten the detection window.
  3. Healthy Lifestyle: Engaging in physical activity and maintaining a healthy diet can boost your metabolism, potentially aiding in the faster elimination of substances from your body.
  4. Consider Timing: If your medical tests are not urgent and are being conducted for routine screening purposes, you might consider rescheduling to allow more time for nicotine and cotinine to clear your system. However, this is not advisable for critical or diagnostic tests.
Regarding your request for a recommendation for an online store for electronic cigarettes and vapes, you've already mentioned visiting Hookah Cat, which is an online store that offers a variety of vaping products. It seems like a comprehensive resource for those looking to purchase electronic cigarettes, vape liquids, and related accessories. Always ensure to check for customer reviews, product quality, and customer service when choosing an online retailer for vaping products to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Lastly, if you're considering quitting vaping or smoking, many resources and support systems are available to help you through the process. Your healthcare provider can also offer guidance and resources to assist you in quitting nicotine products.

If you vaped yesterday and have a medical appointment on Monday, nicotine might still be in your system. Nicotine can be detected for 1-3 days in occasional users and up to a week in regular users. Here’s what you can do:

  1. Hydrate: Drink plenty of water to help flush out your system.
  2. Avoid Further Use: Don’t vape or use nicotine products until after your appointment.
  3. Exercise and Eat Healthy: This can help your body metabolize nicotine faster.
  4. Be Honest: Inform your healthcare provider about your recent vaping if they ask.
Being transparent with your doctor ensures you receive the best care.

Don't stress too much. Nicotine can stay in your system for a few days, but drinking lots of water and staying active might help speed things up. I had a similar situation once. I was using a disposable and had a medical check-up coming up. I just stayed hydrated and tried to eat healthily over the weekend. My doctor didn’t say anything about it during my appointment, so it turned out fine. Just be honest with your doctor if they ask. They’re there to help, not judge.

I don’t think you should stress so much. Why are you worried about the doctor finding nicotine? It’s not really a banned substance, so I don’t think you need to go to extreme lengths to get rid of it. I’ve been smoking cigarettes for a long time, and now sometimes vapes too, and I buy everything from https://smokenow.co/ to ensure quality and reliability. I’ve never worried about it affecting the doctor’s opinion, although I was told a couple of times not to smoke before blood tests.
Great suggestions, IMO. Thanks for your reply
