If you vaped yesterday and have a medical appointment on Monday, nicotine might still be in your system. Nicotine can be detected for 1-3 days in occasional users and up to a week in regular users. Here’s what you can do:

  1. Hydrate: Drink plenty of water to help flush out your system.
  2. Avoid Further Use: Don’t vape or use nicotine products until after your appointment.
  3. Exercise and Eat Healthy: This can help your body metabolize nicotine faster.
  4. Be Honest: Inform your healthcare provider about your recent vaping if they ask.
Being transparent with your doctor ensures you receive the best care.

Don't stress too much. Nicotine can stay in your system for a few days, but drinking lots of water and staying active might help speed things up. I had a similar situation once. I was using a disposable and had a medical check-up coming up. I just stayed hydrated and tried to eat healthily over the weekend. My doctor didn’t say anything about it during my appointment, so it turned out fine. Just be honest with your doctor if they ask. They’re there to help, not judge.
