I have submitted on the same day at 6:40pm pst. I'm also waiting for COPR from Vancouver office.

Same here. It will happen in January. They fulfilled the plan for 2021

One of my friend got eCoPR today. He submitted address and photos on 21st Dec.

I'm still waiting for mine! I did submit a day before to his submission though.

I don't understand how these guys prioritize work at IRCC.
