Thank you! It has been a long wait until we finally got this Portal Confirmation after being apart for almost 1.5 years, my work relocation to Canada, and war unfolding in our motherland (Ukraine).
Hopefully, the eCOPR will be generated quickly.
Any idea how long they are taking to give eCOPR after you submit the photo and address. I uploaded mine on April 25th.

Sorry but I don't have such information, although this thread should be quite helpful: we could go and check other people's replies and make an educated guess.

There were couple of moving pieces for me. I received a better Job Offer from a MNC and my work permit was also expiring on 15th April 2022.So when I received portal email on April 20, 2022, I submitted my photo and address same day and sent an email from where I received portal details to expedite my COPR and attached job offer letter to show urgency. I received my COPR same day and got a call from a nice Immigration officer who explained me about my COPR, how to download it and she told specifically that PR cards are taking longer than usual.

My PR card timelines:

COPR Issue Date: 21st April 2022
COPR issued at: Etobicoke
PR Card Application Linked: 22 April 2022
Ghost Update on PR card Application: 26 April 2022

Fingers Crossed, hope to get my PR card soon.

Wishing everyone best of luck and speedy PR :)

Are your dependents outland or inland?
Please check my signature for all the details. I am the dependent and I became inland in the end of last year.

Thanks!
Just got the eCOPR for both primary and dependent applicants.
PR cards were delivered for both applicants somewhere between 14-18 May. We were on a trip to Toronto at this time so not sure what is the exact delivery day.

Does anyone's secondary office is in Vancouver, and primary in CIO? Everything passed, Security Not Started. What does it mean?
