I am wondering how much have you copied from the NOC code page? I mean have you copied some lines exactly as they are written in the official description or some lines just seem identical in the way they are phrased?
Can you share the lines that you have used in your reference letter, if possible?

You are not supposed to copy the job description from the NoC code. It will lead to the officer doubting if you truly perform those duties. You can copy the job description from your company job posting and twist it to fit the job description on the NOC.

Mine is same like that .whenever I called which I did 4 times they said same background is in process .nothing else has been started.
