You had a really long wait for LPP. Did they ask for additional docs in-between?

Hi Mark - yes it was 256 days; nope not a thing requested...merely had to wait it out. I did request GCMS notes, but were not particularly helpful except as FYI. Best

Thats fine . I will suggust to attend the oath and explain the same to them. They should be able to reschedule your oath.
You should start the process to apply for new PR card immediately.

Your Oath schedule email has a section on what to do in this case. Basically fill a declaration, contact them ASAP

Hi everyone,
Does anyone know the email address of Vancouver office for taking test?

It's been more than 2 months that I got AOR and my BG has been completed 20 days ago, but I have not been invited to take the test. I submitted a webform but no progress is shown yet.

Thanks in advance for any help!

Hey, the only thing to do here is to wait a little bit more! You don't know where your file was sent to, you must wait until your turn comes.. Also, don't get too much anxious and stressed in this first days of application otherwise the whole process will be unbearable and you'll get frustrated..

Hi all, my family's and I's citizenship applications have been stuck at the Vancouver office since AUGUST 2021 -THAT'S RIGHT 2021-for unknown reasons, we have done everything but nothing has happened YET. We figured out it's just an immigration check ( BG & test are completed ) it seems prohibition has stopped us. we sent a letter to explain the reason which we were guessing from ATIPs(from CSIS, CBSA, IRCC) to IRCC with a lawyer's help ($3000 CAD cost us so far) but it's still in the process I emailed them a thousand times but every time I received an automatic reply or general reply that you should wait until all processing are complete, and I was wondering have you ever been or heard from someone like me in this situation? any thoughts or guidance would be appreciated. I cry every day about my bad situation and bad luck.

When you said you hired a lawyer, did the lawyer go through writ of mandamus? If so, the lawyer is writing to the federal court and not to IRCC.

My lawyer said we should send a letter with some supporting documents first and then we go for mandamus, it's very frustrating.

Nope, other than a couple of weeks back I saw on my GCMS notes that the Vancouver Office may not even have an update until December. I may take the approach of someone else on the forum to just do a webform and say I will go writ of mandamus if they don't break silence.
