As a additional measure, please go to this form and fill some complaints section about delays in processing for 2019 applicants. this might not help but its another tool to convey the general message if most of the forgotten applicants do fill this it might help eventually.

Completed test January 6, 2022.
Test marked "complete" today, Jan 10 2022.

Vancouver office, single applicant, 1107 Physical Presence day.

Vancouver Applicant. Received application at IRCC on Nov 02 2020. AOR Jan 28 2021. Background check completed April 08 2021. Then a very long wait. Test invite Jan 18 2022.

No Test Invitation e-mail as of yet.

Certificate was delivered in 1 week, as it's in Vancouver.
