Fyi, i actually receive our certificate 2 days after oathtaking. I even askedthem to change my surname (due to marriage).Vancouver applicant here!

Makes sense. It's coming from Vancouver office so why would it take 2-4 weeks. I am expecting mine this week.

Here is the latest I've heard from Vancouver IRCC

After your file is approved it could be approximately 4 months before you hear from us regarding a ceremony date, however please keep an eye on the citizenship tracker for updates to your application.

Looks like Vancouver office is slowly coming back to action! I have some surprising news on our application, all the sections have now been Completed under the new system and there is a Decision Made on Ecas portal (for me and my wife). This is 9 months after we took our test. So finally I am relieved we are at least one step closer (hoping they have approved our file!), don't know when the Oath will happen but hoping it is sooner rather than later. Is it normal that the kid's status would still show In Progress?

I've used the same email that reached out to me for passport scans.
It's worth noting though that I had contacted them for a different matter, but they included this snippet in their response regardless.
