Aug-2019,
Test was in May-21,
Request for Passport copy in July-21
Request for FP again in August-21 and delivered also in Ausust-21,
Sep-21, now it's still not complete - 'Prohibitions' in status 'not assesed' for some reason.
Looking for 3rd year of waiting for the slowest IRCC service in history.

My wife had the Decision Made on July 8th. We are still waiting.

She emailed IRCC a couple of weeks ago and got a response today from the Vancouver office that it would be 3-6 months after DM. We hope that is not the reality as we were expecting 2-2.5 months after DM and she's been waiting nearly 2.5 years since she applied already.

Unbelievable.
2.5 years is insane. sorry to hear that. Hope we can receive the invitation asap.

Any movement in Vancouver office?
Today marks the 15th month that they received my application.
7+ months that my BG check is completed.
And still no test invite.

I have just finished the Oath ceremony. started at 9 am, finished at 10 am.(most of the time is spend by waiting) first you check-in in a room with an agent to confirm your ID, (asks your name, address, and drivesr liecens and PR card. wait 15 min. then Judge makes a speach , then Oath starts first in English and in French. you repeat after the Judge no need to memorize anything. then you back in room to cut your PR card.

Looking at the latest Test Invite trends for Vancouver, it seems they are wrapping up May 20 and are in the middle of June 20. Plus they might still be wrapping up 2019 - which I am not even tracking :( Yours just might be round the corner I feel. Hang on! :)

Congratulations. I have a question. did the officer told you when will you receive your citizenship certificate?

Yes he gave a time frame but I don't remember. In the email that is sent for oath ceremony it says 4-6 weeks.

4-6 weeks to receive the certificate after the oath? It was 2-4 weeks. Things are getting worse as the time passes

You are right it is 2-4 weeks.

After a couple of online complaint forms to IRCC and a handwritten letter to the Vancouver office asking how their oath "queue" actually works my wife is finally invited to take the oath on October 8th. We had contacted a lawyer to start the mandamus process but will not need to continue with that at this point.
