I received email for online test on 09-Feb-2021 and the email which I received is from DNCITSRYTESTS@cic.gc.ca and is this from Surrey office as I saw SRY in the email? I finished my test on 11-Feb-2021 and ECAS still showing in process until now (26-Feb). I am BC applicant (me and my child application together). Thanks and let me know.

yes I think that is Surrey, mine said VAN.

How many people are waiting for oath from Vancouver now? Like passed the test and waiting for next step?

Hi Gemini020,
Which email do you receive? Can you share your timeline? Thank you

Timeline is in my signature. What email do you mean? I only got a test invite
From which email did you receive online test invitation? Thank you

the same as yours but VAN instead of SRY.

I just call to an agent and until now they didn't have any record showing that which I passed the online test exam. I am not sure it is a technical fault?
As per the urgent application timeline from another applicant, only take 2-5 days from IN PROCESS to DECISION MADE. Agent cant confirm as it takes up to 3 weeks and She said after 3 weeks, if there is no change in ECAS to DM or do not receive any other information from IRCC, that means they said they will let the local office know to move forward another step. I will keep you all posted. Finger cross.

What do you guys think of the following: in 2 weeks it’s a 1 year anniversary of CIC processing my application (timeline in my signature). I’m going to take a day off and stand in front of their building in Downtown Vancouver and I’ll try to talk to every person entering/leaving the buidling trying to ask them why it’s taking so long. They work from 8am to 4pm.

I’m seriously desparate and it’s affecting my life!
How did it go? Were you able to get a hold of someone?

I called CIC about 2 weeks ago and told them about my plan to go to their office and they said it's not a good idea and also contacted Vancouver office and told them about my plans. Today is a sad 1 year anniversary of my "We started processing your application..." and so I called CIC again and they told me, that today my background check has expired so they need to go through that process again which will again delay my application. It's an absolute nightmare!

Some 2020 Feb Vancouver applicants already got test invites as per the other thread so Vancouver office is working, too bad they prioritize 2020 folks over the ones applied in 2019.

Vancouver office is an absolute disgrace to this country. I'm sorry but that's how pis**d I am at the moment (while filling another request for urgent processing).

Status on March 7 2021: In process
Test invite: LOL

August 2020, requested ATIP notes. Last record for my application dated Dec 2019 when was (unfortunately) received from the Vancouver office.

After that, 14 months of total silence and honestly I don't expect anything until end of 2021 after reading how Vancouver office operates. I wish I could act the same with my customers and still keep my business open
