As mentioned in my post(s) above, I have already provided CIC with a printed copy of my I-94 records from the same URL provided by thecoolguysam.
Does your I94 has few incorrect exits(departures) from USA? This happens during land travels.

Indeed, you are correct. I have found about 4 incorrect records.

yes, its a known issue because land exits are not always correct. Please check the following link:

https://help.cbp.gov/app/answers/detail/a_id/752/~/i-still-have-my-i-94

https://help.cbp.gov/app/answers/detail/a_id/1674/~/report-departure-if-entering-by-air-and-departing-by-land

I suppose, if its the same day visit then your usa entry and canada entry dates would be same. Did you match CBP entries with CBSA entries to match your same day trips and overnight trips?

Also, did you put any clarification about incorrect exits on your citizenship application because if CIC looks at it then they can determine that due to incorrect exits you might have stayed more in USA?

It's a good idea to write a cover letter when submitting additional documentation. However, I want to emphasize that CIC has seen tens of thousands of these i94 documents and are more than aware of the limitations of exit data for the USA. They will not give the exit date on the i94 precedence over the entry date on the CBP record.

It's a good thing to point out in the cover letter ("due to limitations of exit control in the US, this this and this exit date is inaccurate. Please refer to CBP records for proof of correct entry dates into Canada") but it's not something to lose sleep over.

Do you know the reason for getting the RQ? what exactly happened during your interview after the test?

You can give i94 printout and also order cbsa records and match them to show the trips you have made.

A request for entry/exit reports is not an RQ. It's far less demanding than a RQ because they tell you exactly what they want (one document vs. hundreds). As for what you should do: Follow instructions. Supply the records.

yes, it is just request for entry and exit records.
they want to verify my entries to USA - reason given by them.
I have ordered FOIA, but not sure if I will receive it in time.
Also, I dont think print out from I94 will be sufficent??
As it only goes back to apr 04 2011. I need to ones from june 2010 to june 2013?
Worst case I will submit 1 94 records if I do not get foia in time

foia records may take some time. contact CBP to see waiting time for getting FOIA records.
You can also ask for CBSA records which usually takes one month and then you can match usa entries and canada entries to show your movements.
Entries can be verified by matching your i94/foia records with CBSA records to show when you have entered usa(i94/foia records) and when you have entered canada(CBSA records)

How many usa stamps you have on your passport?

Actually, I asked the officer giving this notice- if u need canadian border records. They said no - they already have an access to those records.
He specially advised me not to give canadian records.

I have many day trips to USA, 1 day - almost every week.
Also, many stamps from USA, almost one every 6 months with a new I94 since 2006.

Yes, I have to contact US to find out the time for FOIA.
Plus I have nexus card and I94 records do not indicate many entries/exits done by nexus

They di not ask me to match, they just need USA entry exit records.

in that case, i94 records can serve the purpose for you right now but not completely. foia records may take some time. contact CBP to check waiting time to get FOIA.
As you are unable to provide data before 2011, it is suggested to get foia records.

Just remember, what i have observed with myself and other members of the forum is that some of us reported that some exit records were not correct (happens only when you travel by land). entry records were correct though! I hope CIC/CBP is aware about this issue.

Check the following links:

https://help.cbp.gov/app/answers/detail/a_id/752/~/i-still-have-my-i-94

https://help.cbp.gov/app/answers/detail/a_id/1674/~/report-departure-if-entering-by-air-and-departing-by-land

However, wait you get your complete history using FOIA records to send. As I94 does not have complete data, you should wait for FOIA report.

Entry records seem correct. But my issue is nexus entries to USA are not recorded on this.
I will call FOIA tomorrow and get the time frame. How long did they tell you ?
Canadian officer said 2 to 3 weeks for getting US records?
I wonder if he knew the correct time frame.
Or I will just goto teh border and ask the american officer there.

Please read my updated comments mentioned in the previous reply.

Call FOIA helpline to see if they can provide you the estimated time. I suppose you should wait till you get FOIA records. I94 will not be sufficient because it does not cover the date range that CIC is requesting. Also, it is around 4 weeks turnaround time. Check CBP website to make sure about estimated timings.

also I have read on i94 website that the system can provide 5 years of i94 history. I am not sure why you are unable to pull up information before 2011. Please double check. If you have cancelled/expired/new passports during that duration then use those passport numbers to pull the information.

I checked i94, but I have too many entries to fit on 2 pages.
i think so it is only providing me till 2011 - due to too many entries to enter i believe
