They di not ask me to match, they just need USA entry exit records.
in that case, i94 records can serve the purpose for you right now but not completely. foia records may take some time. contact CBP to check waiting time to get FOIA.
As you are unable to provide data before 2011, it is suggested to get foia records.
Just remember, what i have observed with myself and other members of the forum is that some of us reported that some exit records were not correct (happens only when you travel by land). entry records were correct though! I hope CIC/CBP is aware about this issue.

However, wait you get your complete history using FOIA records to send. As I94 does not have complete data, you should wait for FOIA report.
