Validation d'Emploi - Validated Employment Offer

Hi, I am currently working in Quebec and I have a validated employment offer by the ministry (Validation d'Emploi)

I want to apply for CSQ and as I understand from the immigration website, I should have two advantages over the other applicants:

1) Priority processing
2) Exempt from cap

Questions:
  • I was not able to get to the online application yet, but I read the guide for filling it out and it does not mention Validation d'Emploi at all. Why not? Is it no longer accepted? How will they recognize that I am eligible for priority processing?
  • I know I can apply before January 18th, but it nowhere says whether I would be able to apply AFTER said date. What do you think?

I think in your situation you can basically apply whenever you like, provided you can get through the bogged down system, anytime from now including after the 18th.

What's interesting is that the submission links in Mon Projet Quebec appear to be active regardless of if you have a validated employment offer. I have a submission option but no offer in my Mon Projet Quebec Account. I'm going to play it safe and I'm not going to hit it until the 18th, becuase I'm worried that if I do the application will be marked as invalid. It will be interesting to hear what happens if other people reach this stage.

You've got nothing to worry about though so go ahead if you get through!

I think what happens when you try to send it now is that it just throws an error. The button is not disabled, but it does not go through, at least that's what I read. But there is no reason for you to try your luck with pressing it, wait for the 18th and good luck!

I have not been able to get through, I have refreshed the page about 1000 times since Monday, it never went through and I am in Montreal mind you!
BTW, when you were filling out the application, did you have an option to attach the Validated Employment Offer anywhere? How would they know, that I have it at all?
