My wife and I received COPR yesterday, we wanted to inquire about the validating/flagpoling process. We live in vancouver. We don't have US visas, so does 'refusal of entry' paper negatively affect your future US visa changes?
Also, if we decided to take an appointment at the IRCC office to validate, how long does that process take ?

No, an administrative refusal doesn't negatively affect a future US visa. It isn't considered a real refusal and doesn't need to be declared.

Appointments can take weeks or longer, depending on how busy the office is.
