hi guys,
so i am the sponsor for my wife to immigrate from China. due to language, and the fact that she is travelling with me in US away from her home country, can I be her representative? any disadvantage, bad thing about this? Would they send everything to me instead then and not mail/send anything to Beijing?

Thanks!

Yes, just fill out and sign the "use of a representative" form to submit with your applications. Yes I believe the updates will be sent to you.

Yes, it is a good idea. This way any mail will go to you, so if the applicant is not at a permanent address, or not in her home country, this can help make sure nothing is missed.
