USA Police Certificate problem ? plzzzzzzzzzz help experts

please guys help me

i tried to go to local police station in my F*** country iraq , the officer said he will take my fingerprints but he will not sign the FBI fingerprint form I downloaded from the internet!!!!!!!!!!!!

he said he could sign only their own form!( which is there own police clearance certificate which contain the fingerprints) ?
but the problem this papers its not the same size as the FBI paper also it dosent include the same information required in the FBI fingerprint form like ( hight, weight, eye colour ......ect)

it just include my full name , age and statement that i dont have any criminal history in iraq in IRAQ

what do you recommend should i send the FBI fingerprint witout signature?
or i send the the iraqi police clearance certificate which contain the fingerprints

please please help me ASAP

The purpose of the fingerprint card is just to have your fingerprint with other identifying information. It does not have the above information. Also, the fingerprint does not have to be taken at the police station. If there is any other private or public agency that can take your fingerprint, that will work too.

the problem we dont have any private service that do that . ?

so what do you recommend of the following

1 i do the finger print of the usa fingerprint card but leave it withoug signature of the police officer ?

2 or I do the local fingerprint card that comes with the local iraqi police certificate ?

Did you live in USA and trying to get your fingerprints to obtain a FBI clearance ?

Yes, but if you go to a law enforcement agency or private fingerprinting agency to be fingerprinted, they may prefer to use a fingerprint card on standard card stock. You may use the fingerprint card provided by the printing agency.

I allready answered...if in doubt go to the FBI website, frequent questions . I copied and pasted your query.
They accept the form used by the police station in your country.

Whether you were or were not convicted in Iraq is irrelevant since USA's FBI report is to see if you have any record in the USA. But if you are trying to use the Iraqi certificate because it has your fingerprints, then you can send it to FBI with a note letting them know what it is for.

Also, you can print multiple pages of the fingerprint card from the FBI's website and do the fingerprinting yourself. Make sure you do it correctly, all inside the boxes. By sending multiple copies of the fingerprint card, you will increase your chances of having at least one correctly done fingerprint. You can try calling the FBI and asking them if it is acceptable.
