A guy just got admission into Phd in Maths because of STEM priority and before he will reach the level of Thesis, he will be able to apply under this new changed immigration program and under NIW program as well. Instantly Government is considering only Phd holders but later plans to consider Phd scholars as well.

First of all, there is no joint JD/MBA in that list and second of all, you never mentioned which joint program (school name, like Tuck) you attended? All you said is the Fletcher school. I would have believed you if you have said Fletcher/Tuck.

You know now the AINP processing times is not 5 months , now its 8 months it may go to year also.
