I got PPR on 02/19

I am Indian citizen living here in USA - Tennessee state .

1) Should I send passports to Ottawa , or should I request for VO office change ? If need to change what should I mention them in email ?

2) Taking photos is head ache ... I live in Memphis , Tennessee .... I know walgreens take photos for Canada dimension , is that ok ? or any other shops ? We donot have any other photograph shops in the area ...

Either should work. There are some who sent to Ottawa and got back PPR and there are few who requested change to local VO in us and got it. Both are fine as its within North America.

Yes, that is okay. The current dimensions they have asked us is Canadian passport size, so you can take then in quite a few places. As long as they can get the correct size, it's fine.

Request for VO change as you are not authorized to sent Indian passports outside border via mail..............
