Basically, I am an Indian , currently living in Canada for the past 3 months on dependent Visa. Now i applied for the visitor visa to US for me and my little one and received an appointment date during Feb. Is there any higher chances to reject our visitor visa. My Husband already have a valid visitor visa to US.
Points to Clarify:
1) Is it mandatory that dependent need to apply for the US visitor visa from their home country?
2) Is it true , when dependent applied alone / separately for the US visitor Visa from Canada and it is rejected by US emba for the same reason??
3) Is it compulsory that partner( wife and Husband) need to stay atleast 6 months together to apply for the Visitor Visa when dependent applying alone/ separately.
