Hi Friends,

I am applying Canada Visitor Visa for my father, at the same time, I am also planning to apply his US Visitor Visa as well.

Can I apply for his US VIsitor Visa once he's here in Canada? Is there any issues you foresee if we apply from Canada ? Anyone applied US Visitor Visa for their parents from Canada and succeeded?

Thank you

You'd get better advice if you post these questions on a US immigration forum

IMO better to check interview availability dates in his home country and in the nearest US consulate. In general still better to apply from the home country than anywhere else with temporary visitor status. Although I have heard of a few on a TRV who got a US visa at the Calgary US consulate.

Depending on your nationality but generally the us will ask for an interview while Canada won't necessarily. Should take that into account.
