Hi, my wife is a recent PR holder and in toronto. We want to visit the US and need a travel Visa. I am trying to locate the forms I need to complete.

Does anyone have the direct link to the forms? as well, do you know how long it takes to get a US visa?

Forms for US visa can be found on US Embassy website. You won't find them on CIC website, in case you were trying to find there.

You complete everything online, starting at the link provided in the previous post. In 2013 it cost us $140 and it took 6 - 8 weeks in total.
