No. It will take at least a week to receive it.

I was just saying that it takes a couple of days after the card is charged, before it even leaves the FBI.

I have submitted my fingerprints 5 times already since Dec. 2014 till today. And I tried different ways, went to different agency, ink&roll, live-scan...They are all rejected. The latest one sent in Nov 2015 and just know it got rejected again!

I called FBI and they told me they can't do anything if my fingerprints quality is too low. I'm wondering am I the only one having problems with my fingerprints in the world? Do you guys have the similar situation?

So frustrating.... Send another application to FBI? I'm pretty sure i won't get the report.

I don't know what to do now. :'( :'(

Brady, I got a request email from CIC as well but I am allowed to submit police cert before mid July.
How many days they have given you to submit the report?

They gave me 60 days to submit mine. So mid May.

Have you tried let CIC know about this with proof of rejection mails?

All,

I just got off the phone speaking to one of the nice women from FBI customer care who was kind enough to make me understand the processing time or delay, on an average they receive 10,000 requests from all over the world, well if everybody depend on same agency for background checks that explain why the huge processing time and delay, apparently someone who go to tech English in Korea needs a FBI report is one of the many cases. As of now they are processing 15th December she asked me to call in a month time. I have less hope the processing time to go down rather up.

I just got a reply email from the FBI regarding my address change request (change to an US address):
"Unfortunately your change of address information was received after your request was in the process of mailing out so there is no way to update that information at this time. Your request will go to the original address."

I sent my request on last Thurs via email, one day before they opened my package (date of my credit card charged). I called FBI on Monday this week and the CS lady said my request was still processing so they didn't know if the mailing address had been updated. Obviously my request wasn't in process of mailing out as they claimed in the reply email.

I was planned to ask my friend to mail the report to me via courier. Instead of receiving the report next week, I may need to wait till week of April 11 for the report to mail to Hong Kong! SIGH

Yes we did. My wife did two fingerprints in Istanbul in a police station (they got the proper ink etc). We sent one in mid November and another one at the end of November. Both were received by FBI on the 3rd of December. The applications were processed last Monday (21st of March) and shipped out to our address in Istanbul. As it is USPS I am assuming we will have to wait another 10 days to get them.
