OMG!! I have a DM!! :o :D I'm literally weeping right now.

Working for me again too. And they finally updated my address after more than a month - the apartment number was in front of the physical street address and now it's correctly after...

Had been:
4 123 Main Street

Now

123 Main Street, Apt 4

Who knows if it's any kind of sign, but it is progress of sorts.

No, I don't have it either. Last thing is line 4 medical received.

Awesome news!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Congrats Panamai!!!!

I'm stressed as hell, went to the border today to try to export my car US ---> Canada but they wouldn't let me because it has to be in the US for 72 hours first?? So I literally have to dump my car in a parking lot somewhere in Buffalo and pray it doesn't get towed/stolen and now harass all my friends for a ride to work for the next several days. Never thought this part of the process would be the most stressful, yet here we are -_-

I'm not sure that happens for a lot of people...the COPR just shows up in the mail. You should (in theory) be able to call the Call Centre and they can tell you if it's been sent. Of course your mileage will vary depending on the agent you get...

Congrats to all DM's.

The doc request I received was October 30th. It mentions I have 45 days to have the document received at their office. I'll be heading up to Canada on the 24th of this month, and my fiance and I will get the doc and overnight it on the 25th. Do they count working days only for the 45 days? Certainly having it shipped overnight with a required signature would ensure it would get there on time, yes?

Sounds to me like it's going to get there with about 20 days to spare. :D

they have not emailed anything.
not sure what to expect
will i get copr to canadian address or usa address.

Just a note to anyone who lands and does not see an update on ecas, it's a good idea to look into it.

When my husband landed the border guard said the computer system was screwy. Turns out they did not record his landing date properly on their system. So, it ended up taking 4 months to get to his PR card after getting 2 letters on this because they didn't get our faxes for some reason (he had to fax the landing stamp on his passport, make sure you get this!). In BC at least, you can't get your real driver's license without the actual PR card!

To top it off, they screwed up on his medical and unbeknownst to us he hasn't had medical for over a month due to their mistake. No notice came about this at all, we only found out when he went to the doctor and we had to pay... rediculous.

We FINALLY just this last week saw his ecas updated to say "You entered Canada at the so and so Office on July 10, 2015 and became a Permanent Resident."

And the section is labelled as "Complete"!

So happy to be done with this!
